No-Show Policy

  • Condition: You don't cancel and don't show up for service
  • Charge: 100% of booking cost + $50 late cancellation fee

  • Rationale: Vehicle reserved, driver scheduled, other bookings declined. No-show represents total loss.

Deposits protect both parties:

  • For you: Guarantees vehicle availability on your date/time. Without deposit, we can't hold premium vehicles.
  • For us: Covers operational costs (driver scheduling, vehicle reservation, fuel, insurance) if cancellation occurs.

How to Reschedule Your Booking

Scenario 1: Rescheduling with 48+ Hours Notice (Free)

Your event moves from May 15 to May 22. You call 4 days ahead.

  • Result: Your deposit + $25-50 reschedule fee = new booking secured

Scenario 3: Rescheduling with <24 Hours Notice (Full Rebooking)

Your limo is tomorrow and you need to move it to next week.

  • Step 1: Call immediately. Explain you need to reschedule.
  • Step 2: Original deposit is forfeited (within 24hr cancellation rule)
  • Step 3: New booking requires full deposit on new date
  • Result: You lose original $175 deposit + pay new $175 deposit for rescheduled date = $350 total

The further in advance you book, the easier and cheaper it is to reschedule if plans change. Early bookings have maximum flexibility.

If your wedding, party, or event date could shift, mention this when booking. Some limo companies offer free rescheduling up to 30 days out for flexibility bookings.

3. Understand Exact Cancellation Windows

  • 48 hours: This is 2 days. If your event is Friday, cancel by Wednesday 3pm for free refund.
  • 24 hours: This is 1 day. Same Friday event = cancel by Thursday 3pm max to avoid full charge.
