Absolutely. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: full refund. Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee. No-show: full charge applies.

Yes! Our Sprinter van accommodates up to 14 passengers. For larger groups, we can provide multiple vehicles with coordinated service.

For hourly rates: 3-hour minimum applies. For airport transfers: no minimum — flat rate applies regardless of distance.

Airport Services

Yes! Flight tracking is included free on all airport transfers. We monitor your flight status in real-time and adjust pickup times automatically.

No problem! Since we track your flight automatically, if it's delayed we don't charge you. You get a full 60 minutes of free wait time after landing.

We meet you at baggage claim with a name sign. Our driver will be easy to spot in a professional uniform with a Royal Carriage placard.

Yes! We serve both O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) airports with the same professional service and flat-rate pricing.

Both available! Curbside is included in standard rate. Premium meet & greet service available at baggage claim for an additional fee.

All airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time after landing. After that, $20 per 15 minutes applies.

Pricing & Payment

Airport transfers use flat rates (no surge pricing). Hourly service charged at hourly rate. Events may have package pricing. All rates shown upfront—no surprises.

No, gratuity is separate. 15-20% is standard and customary for excellent service. It's entirely your choice.

No. We show all pricing upfront. Only actual tolls and parking (if incurred) are added. You'll know the exact cost before booking.

Vehicles & Amenities

We offer Lincoln MKT luxury sedan (4 passengers), Escalade ESV SUV (6 passengers), and Sprinter Van (14 passengers). All are premium, meticulously maintained vehicles.

Yes! High-speed WiFi is available on all vehicles. Perfect for working during your ride.

All vehicles have generous trunk space. Let us know if you have large items or many bags so we can arrange appropriate vehicle.

BYOB welcome for adults 21+. Beer and wine only (no hard liquor). You may provide your own or we can arrange beverages.

Small pets in carriers are welcome! Large pets may require special arrangements. Call ahead to confirm.

Events & Weddings
