Chicago Airport Car Service — O'Hare and Midway
Flat-rate transfers from every Chicago suburb, with real-time flight tracking and meet-and-greet at baggage claim. No surge pricing. No guessing what you'll pay.
O'Hare and Midway — we cover both.
Two very different airports. O'Hare is one of the busiest in the country, sprawling across four terminals with a train between them. Midway is compact, one terminal, south-side residents love it for that reason. We know both layouts cold.
O'Hare International Airport
O'Hare has four passenger terminals. Domestic flights spread across Terminals 1, 2, and 3 — United dominates T1 and T2, American occupies T3. International arrivals land at Terminal 5 and clear customs before reaching the baggage claim exit. Your driver will have your terminal noted before you land.
- Meet-and-greet at lower level baggage claim
- International arrivals met past customs exit at T5
- Flight monitoring adjusts pickup for delays
- 30-minute luggage buffer built into every O'Hare pickup
Chicago Midway International Airport
Midway is one terminal, and that's one of its selling points. Southwest runs the majority of flights here. The baggage claim is on the lower level and you're out in 20 minutes on a normal day. South-side Chicago and southwest suburbs — Tinley Park, Orland Park, Oak Lawn — are 15–20 minutes away on I-55.
- Single terminal — straightforward pickups
- Driver stages in the cell phone lot on 55th St
- Ideal airport for south and southwest suburbs
- Flight tracking same as O'Hare pickups
Distances and typical drive times from the suburbs.
These are real-world estimates, not Google Maps ideals. Rush-hour O'Hare traffic on I-90 adds time. We factor that into dispatch.

Request your quote
Give us your pickup location, destination, date, time, and vehicle preference. We send a flat-rate quote — that number doesn't change when O'Hare traffic is bad or you land 20 minutes early.
Provide your flight info
Flight number and airline. That's all we need. Our system pulls live status from departure to landing. If your flight diverts to Milwaukee, we know before you land.
Your driver dispatches on schedule
For O'Hare pickups, we account for terminal access, parking, and the typical 20–25 minutes between wheels-down and the baggage carousel starting. Your driver is staged and waiting — not circling.
Name sign at baggage claim
Your chauffeur is standing at baggage claim with your name. Luggage loaded, doors opened. The drive home starts without fumbling for an app or arguing over surge pricing.
Airport transfer questions answered directly.
What's the difference between O'Hare and Midway for a northwest suburbs trip?
If you're in Palatine, Schaumburg, or Arlington Heights, O'Hare wins every time — it's 10–20 miles closer. The drive from Palatine to MDW would take 45+ minutes on a good day versus 25 to ORD. We factor this into recommendations when clients ask.
Can I book a round-trip airport transfer?
Yes. Round-trip bookings are common — departure pickup and a return pickup when you land. We track both flights. If your return is delayed, the driver adjusts. You won't be charged a waiting fee for flight delays beyond your control.
Do you handle early morning O'Hare pickups?
Yes, and these are some of our busiest slots. Departures at 5am, 6am, and 7am from O'Hare are common for business travelers. For these, we dispatch from Palatine at 3:30–4:00am depending on your suburb. Book at least 48 hours out for early-morning runs — they fill up fast.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Call or text us immediately. We'll waive the cancellation fee for same-day airline cancellations — that's not your fault. If you're rebooked and need a pickup the next day, we'll do our best to accommodate it at the same rate.
Is there a difference in pricing between O'Hare and Midway from the same suburb?
Yes, because the distances are different. From Naperville, O'Hare is about 34 miles and Midway is about 28 miles. From downtown, it flips — Midway is 8 miles and O'Hare is 17. Your quote will reflect the actual route mileage and current tolls, not a generic flat fee.
