While we don't have pink exterior buses, our party bus interiors feature customizable LED lighting that can be set to pink, purple, or any color you choose! We can also help coordinate decorations and signage for the bride-to-be.
Can you do a wine tour from Chicago?
Absolutely! Wine tours are our most popular bachelorette package. We recommend Galena, IL (2.5-3 hours each way) for a full day experience, or Geneva Lake area (1.5 hours) for a half-day tour. Both feature excellent wineries, charming downtowns, and beautiful scenery.
Is champagne included in the bachelorette packages?
Our Wine Tour and Spa & Brunch packages include a complimentary champagne toast. For other packages, we're BYOB friendly — bring your own champagne, rosé, and refreshments. We provide ice coolers, glasses, and clean-up service.
How many bridesmaids fit in your vehicles?
We have options for groups of any size: Stretch limo (6-10), Sprinter Limo (8-12), 20-passenger party bus (15-20), and 30-passenger party bus (25-30). For intimate groups, our luxury SUVs fit up to 6 comfortably.
Can you help coordinate our night out?
Yes! Our team can help with restaurant reservations, club VIP list arrangements, and optimal routing for bar hopping. We know all the best spots in River North, Gold Coast, and Lincoln Park for bachelorette parties.
What if we want photos with the limo?
Our chauffeurs are happy to assist with photos! We allow extra time at pickup for group photos with the vehicle. Many brides use our limo or party bus as a backdrop for bridal party pictures.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! Feel free to bring balloons, banners, sashes, and other decorations. We ask that you avoid confetti, glitter, or anything that could stain the interior. Our drivers can help you decorate before the bride arrives.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates during peak wedding season (May-October). For popular dates like summer Saturdays, 4-6 weeks advance notice is ideal.
What's your cancellation policy for bachelorette parties?
We offer flexible rescheduling up to 72 hours before your event with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Can the driver recommend stops and activities?
Our drivers know Chicago and the surrounding areas well. They can suggest great brunch spots, photo locations, bars with no cover, and other local gems. Just ask!
Is tipping included?
Gratuity is not included in our pricing. A typical tip is 15-20% for excellent service. Tips can be paid in cash to the driver or added to your final bill.
What time should we start for a wine tour?
For Galena, we recommend departing by 9-10 AM to maximize winery time. For Lake Geneva, an 11 AM departure works well. Most wineries open at 11 AM and close by 5-6 PM.
Can we do a combination trip (spa + brunch + night out)?
Absolutely! Many bachelorette parties book extended packages that include multiple activities. We can customize your itinerary to include spa, brunch, shopping, dinner, and nightlife all in one epic day.
Do you offer overnight trips?
Yes! For destinations like Galena or Lake Geneva, we can provide transportation for overnight trips. Many groups stay overnight and we return you the next day. This is perfect for full wine country experiences.
