Yes. For all airport pickups, we monitor live flight status automatically. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts their arrival time — you are never charged waiting fees for airline delays. Simply provide your flight number when booking.
Is meet & greet service included at the airport?
Yes. For O'Hare and Midway arrivals, your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal at baggage claim holding a name sign. For international arrivals, we meet at the international arrivals exit. This is included at no additional charge.
What is included in the flat-rate price?
Our flat rates include the professional chauffeur, fuel, and tolls. Gratuity is customary and appreciated but at your discretion. There are no surge pricing surprises and no hidden fees — the price quoted at booking is the price you pay.
