Yes! Our Rolls-Royce Phantom and Ghost are our most requested wedding vehicles. The Phantom features a starlight headliner ceiling, champagne cooler, and iconic coach doors. White and black exteriors available. Rentals start at $1,500 for 4 hours including professional chauffeur.

Absolutely—this is our specialty. We coordinate bridal party vehicles, groomsmen transportation, family shuttles, guest transportation between ceremony and reception, and late-night shuttles back to hotels. We've successfully coordinated weddings with over 300 guests across multiple vehicles.

Weddings rarely run exactly on schedule, and we plan for that. We build buffer time into our planning, and your chauffeur stays in constant communication with your coordinator. Additional time can be added at our hourly rate with no penalty. In 15 years, we've never left a bride stranded!

This is one of our most requested services. We coordinate shuttle rotations from hotel blocks to your venue and back. Shuttles can run continuously during cocktail hour, and we provide late-night shuttles for guests who celebrate until the end. Pricing is per-vehicle, making it cost-effective for groups.

Yes. We require a 25% deposit to reserve your date and vehicles, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding. For weddings over $3,000, we offer payment plans with 3-4 installments. All major credit cards accepted, and corporate billing available for corporate-sponsored events.

We understand that plans change. Wedding dates can be rescheduled with no penalty if done more than 90 days before the original date. Within 90 days, we work to accommodate your new date and apply your deposit whenever possible. During COVID, we honored all deposits for up to 18 months.
